Our freshly baked pies are packed to the brim with flavoursome fillings and encased in a homemade buttery, flaky pastry. The main focus is our grass-fed Shorthorn beef, with chicken and vegetarian options also being available, as well as our very popular Shorthorn Scotch Eggs and Sausage Rolls.
To Click & Collect simply select the pies you want from the options below and opt for ‘Pickup’ when you checkout. You order will be ready to collect when our fortnightly shop opens at Tyghan Farm, 22 Kilnacart Road, Dungannon, BT70 1PD on Friday 11th May 10am – 6.30pm and Saturday 12th May 10am – 4pm.

Frozen Homemade Pies

Every good pie needs a good side and we have that covered with our creamy mash and homemade gravy. Stick the whole thing in the oven for 20 minutes and your hassle-free dinner is served.

Sausage Rolls
A huge roll of Shorthorn sausage meat wrapped in our homemade buttery rough puff pastry and baked until it is succulent, golden and crispy. Even better served with our Smoked Tomato Ketchup.
Scotch Eggs
Local free-range eggs cooked with runny yolks, cloaked in a thick layer of our Shorthorn sausage meat, rolled in panko breadcrumbs and fried until golden, these delicious snacks have attracted a big following at our farmers markets.
