Moroccan Fishcakes

Ingredients
4 tsp Moroccan spices
500g cod (or other white fish)
2 garlic cloves
1 egg
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice from half a lemon
50g fresh breadcrumbs
Handful of coriander, chopped
Requires a food processor
Cut the cod into chunks and add it to a food processor along with all the other ingredients and salt and pepper. Blend the mixture until it is smooth.
Divide the mixture into 10 - 12 portions, rolling each portion into a ball and flattening it into a burger shape.
Lightly coat a frying pan in oil and place over a medium - high heat. Fry the fishcakes for 3-4 minutes either side until golden.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: serve with salad and natural yoghurt.
