Chicken Liver Pâté
Go a little bit extra this Easter by adding our delicious homemade pâté to your dinner table. Rich, spreadable, creamy and silky smooth - it is sure to start your meal off with a bang!
Butter chicken (10 portions)
A mild curry combining chunks of chicken cooked in a tomato, buttery sauce spiced with our own homemade Indian spice blend.
Comes with a tray of basmati rice.
Cottage Pie (serves 6-8)
There is a reason Cottage Pie is popular with all the family, both young and old. Classic mince, cooked in a rich beefy sauce with carrots and topped with a creamy, buttery mash - an oldie but a goodie!
Sausage Rolls - pack of 4
A huge roll of Shorthorn sausage meat wrapped in our homemade buttery rough puff pastry and baked until it is succulent, golden and crispy - a quick and easy snack to help get you through Easter.
Scotch Eggs
Local free-range eggs cooked with runny yolks, cloaked in a thick layer of our Shorthorn sausage meat, rolled in panko breadcrumbs and fried until golden, these delicious snacks have attracted a big following at our farmers markets.
Lemon Meringue Roulade
A bright and zesty pudding to round off your Easter lunch, comprising a crunchy meringue, zingy lemon curd and whipped cream; a delicious centerpiece for the table.
